General questions about JSG Städservice
Where are you?
We operate in Stockholm (office: Sorterargatan 12, 162 50 Vällingby) and Gothenburg, Sweden (Bernhards Gränd 11, 418 42 Gothenburg). We provide cleaning services throughout Greater Stockholm and Greater Gothenburg.
What cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of cleaning services: Home Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Stairwell Cleaning, estate cleaning, AirBnB cleaning, Facility Cleaning and school cleaning.
Do you have a contract period?
No, we have no lock-in periods. You can end or pause your cleaning whenever you want at no extra cost.
How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book via our quotation form, call us at 010-551 04 70, or email info@jsgstadservice.se. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full liability insurance. If anything breaks or is damaged during the cleaning, we will cover it through our insurance.
Prices and payment
What does home cleaning cost?
Home cleaning costs from 139 SEK/hour after RUT deduction (278 SEK/hour before RUT). See our complete price list for all services.
How much does removal cleaning cost?
Removal cleaning costs from 149 SEK/hour after RUT deduction. The total cost depends on the size of the dwelling. A 3-room apartment usually costs 745-900 SEK after RUT.
How does the RUT deduction work?
The RUT deduction means you only pay 50% of the cost of the work. We handle the entire RUT process - you'll see the deducted price directly on the invoice. Read more in our complete RUT guide.
Are materials included in the price?
Yes, all cleaning products and materials are included in the price. You do not need to purchase anything. If you have specific product requests, we are happy to adapt.
How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice by email after the cleaning has been completed. Payment is made via bank transfer or Swish. The RUT deduction has already been deducted.
Home Cleaning
What is included in a home cleaning?
Our home cleaning services include: vacuuming and mopping of all floors, dusting of surfaces, cleaning of kitchen (sink, stove, counter surfaces), bathroom cleaning (toilet, shower, sink, mirror), making beds, and emptying trash cans.
Can I adapt what is done?
Absolutely! We tailor the cleaning to your wishes. Do you want us to focus extra on the kitchen or skip certain rooms? No problem at all.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, we always aim to send the same team to you. That way they get to know your home and know exactly what you expect.
How long does a home cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the apartment. An apartment of 50-70 m² usually takes 2-2.5 hours. A villa can take 3-4 hours. We always give an estimate before we start.
Move-Out Cleaning
What is included in a removal cleaning?
Move-in cleaning is a thorough cleaning of the entire home: all rooms, kitchen (including oven, fridge, freezer), bathroom, wardrobes inside, windows (inside), floors, moldings, vents, and all surfaces. The aim is for the property to be in the same condition as when you moved in.
Will it pass the inspection?
Yes, we do! We have extensive experience in removal cleaning and know exactly what is required. If anything is found during the inspection, we will come back and fix it free of charge.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be at home. We can collect keys or use a gate code. Many customers leave keys in their mailbox or with a neighbor.
When should I book removal cleaning?
Please book 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during popular periods (June-August, around the turn of the month). Subject to availability, we can accept early bookings.
Deep cleaning
What is the difference between home cleaning and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is a deeper, more comprehensive cleaning. In addition to regular home cleaning, it includes, for example, cleaning the oven, fridge, behind/under furniture, moldings, doors, lamps and other surfaces that are not cleaned during a regular home cleaning.
How often should you clean?
We recommend deep cleaning 1-2 times a year, e.g. before spring and before the Christmas holidays.
Office cleaning and business services
Do you offer cleaning services for businesses?
Yes! We offer Office Cleaning, Facility Cleaning and school cleaning. We tailor solutions to your needs and schedule.
Does RUT deduction apply to office cleaning?
No, the RUT deduction only applies to private individuals. Companies can instead deduct the cleaning costs as a normal operating expense in their accounts.
How do we get a quote for office cleaning?

Cancellation and guarantee
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free if made by 24 hours before the booked time. In case of late cancellation, a fee corresponding to 1 hour of work will be charged.
What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning result, contact us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What happens if something breaks?
We have full liability insurance. If anything is damaged during the cleaning, let us know straight away and we will deal with it via our insurance.
