Where are you located?

We operate in Stockholm (Sorterargatan 12, 162 50 Vällingby) and Gothenburg (Bernhards Gränd 11, 418 42 Gothenburg). We provide cleaning services throughout Greater Stockholm and Greater Gothenburg.

What cleaning services do you offer?

Do you have a contract period?

No, no lock-in periods. Cancel or pause whenever you want at no extra cost.

How do I book?

Via our quote form, call 010-551 04 70, or email info@jsgstadservice.se. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Are you insured?

Yes, full liability insurance. If anything is damaged we will cover it through our insurance.

Pricing & Payment

How does the RUT deduction work?

You only pay 50% of the labour cost. We handle the entire process — the deduction appears directly on the invoice. Read our complete RUT guide

Are materials included in the price?

Yes, all cleaning products and materials are included. If you have specific product preferences we are happy to accommodate them.

How do I pay?

Invoice via email after completed work. Payment via bank transfer or Swish. RUT deduction already applied.

Home Cleaning

What is included in a home cleaning?

Same cleaner every time?

Yes, we always send the same team. They get to know your home and know exactly what you expect.

How long does it take?

50-70 m2 takes approximately 2-2.5 hours. A house can take 3-4 hours. We always give an estimate before we start.

Move-Out Cleaning

What is included?

A thorough cleaning of the entire home: all rooms, kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer), bathroom, inside wardrobes, windows (interior), floors, skirting boards, vents and all surfaces.

Will it pass inspection?

Yes! If anything is noted we will come back and fix it free of charge.

Do I need to be home?

No. We can collect keys or use a door code.

When should I book?

1-2 weeks in advance, especially during busy periods (June-August and around month-end).

Deep Cleaning

Difference from home cleaning?

Deeper and more thorough — oven, fridge, behind and under furniture, skirting boards, doors, light fixtures. Window cleaning and oven cleaning are always included.

How often?

1-2 times per year, for example before spring and before Christmas.

Commercial Services

Do you offer office cleaning?

Yes! Office Cleaning, Facility Cleaning and School Cleaning. Customised solutions based on your schedule.

Does RUT apply to businesses?

No, RUT applies to private individuals only. Companies can deduct cleaning costs as a standard business expense.
