Are materials and cleaning products included in the price?
Yes, we bring all cleaning products and materials. You do not need to buy anything extra. If you have specific product requests (e.g. eco-friendly or hypoallergenic), we are happy to adapt.
How long does a home cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. An apartment of 50-70 m2 usually takes 2-2.5 hours. We always give an estimate before we start.
Are there any additional costs?
No, we have no hidden fees. The price is based on the number of hours times the hourly rate. Travel, materials and VAT are included. The RUT deduction is applied directly on the invoice.
Can I get a fixed quote instead of an hourly rate?
Yes, for services such as move-out cleaning and deep cleaning, we provide a fixed quote based on the size of the property. Contact us for a free quote.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice by email after the work is completed. Payment is made by bank transfer or Swish. The RUT deduction has already been applied.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the booked time. For late cancellations, a fee corresponding to 1 hour of work is charged.

How the RUT tax deduction works
What is RUT?
As a private individual you can deduct 50% of the labor cost for domestic services, directly on the invoice. The Swedish Tax Agency pays the rest directly to us.
- All individuals registered in Sweden who pay income tax
- Applies to home cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, etc.
- Maximum 75,000 SEK per person per year (2026)
- Both partners can claim — up to 150,000 SEK per household
